DIET MISTAKE THAT EVERY WALKER SHOULD AVOID

 Brisk walking everyday for around an hour can help you lose weight cribbing walking does not work for them. Experts says that it isn't good enough an exerise to lose weight, but rather because the diet followers fails to support him/her.

Experts have stated that brisk walking  for an hour burns around 500 calories. You must keep in mind that you just cannot outwalk a bad diet - whatever you eat affects yours weight and you cannot put the blame on 'walking is not good for losing weight'. Walking, in fact, not just burns those unwanted calories, but also helps you destress, boost your energy, keep your heart healthy and also inspires yours creativity.

Here are a few common diet mistakes ,   that should avoid...

DO NOT IGNORE FAT COMPLETELY

In a bid to lose weight quickly, many don't include fat in their daily diet .This way, even the good

fats are ignored. T he omega 3s available in fish ,seeds nuts, avocados, coconut ant olive oil are actually long-burning fuel. Note eating these leads to carb-craving primarily because our body needs fast fuel sources. Try to include snacks like avocado salads and nuts in between meals to keep your metabolism going

DO NOT SKIP A MEAL 

Just  because you are  in  a hurry to lose weight, don't give up on meals. When you skip breakfast or lunch ,your metabolism truns sluggish and your body stop converting food into energy and beings strong it as fats instead. And that is you go horribly wrong . If you are brisk walking everyday make sure you have at least six small meals through out the day. 

STAY AWAY FROM SUGARY SNAKCS, BARS

Some sugary and energy bars are also laden with calories, so remember to keep a count when you open one. They have sugar, which makes you crave for more food. Rather that consuming  these pre-packed and easy to reach out for snacks, opt for wholesome, organic ones that burn slowly and don't leave you hungry. Have a handful of walnuts, almonds, flax seeds or sunflower seeds or fruits.

RECOGNISE YOUR HUNGER 

Just because you are feeling irritable and angry not always mean that you are hungry. Avoid stuffing yourself yourself at wrong times . Eet fibroous foods at meal times that have less calories but fill you up better and for longer.

STAY HYDRATED 

When you are out for walks or Jim ,make sure you carry a bottle with you are dehydrated after exercise or walk ,you feel less energetic and begin to confuse your thirst for hunger. Whather is essential for your system to work properly. And  ,never replace water with pre -pack aged drinks -you will be unwittingly adding unwanted kilos to your body.

Hey today busy life style we can't understand our mind of state , so unforchunately we lack of awareness of exercise. We do this for reduce vertigo in few minutes. So first you can hold each posture for 30 seconds or 1 minute. 1. Place your head on the floor with chin tucked and stay 30 seconds. 2. Turn your head side to side 45 degress and stay one side 30 seconds each. 3. Come to knees with head tucked and raise up on your arms. Look forward and stay. 4.
