 Dynamic practices often involve energetic movements of the body .The mind and the body  are not separate entities. The practice of asana integrates and harmonizes both the body and mind harbour 

tensions or knots. Every mental knot has a corresponding physical, and muscular  knot.

The aim of asana is to release these knots. Asanas release mental tensions by dealing with them on the physical level, through the body to the mind. 

example ; emotional  tensions and suppression can tighten up and block the smooth functioning of the 

lungs ,and breathing process.

Muscular knots can occur anywhere in the body ;tightness of the neck as crevical spondylitis, etc.

Well chosen set of yoga ,pranayama, meditation  and yoga nidra, is most effective in eliminating

these ,tackling  them from both mental and physical levels.

The result is the release of doormat energy ; the body becomes light ,creative, joyful and balanced.

Regular practice of asana maintains the physical body in an optimum condition and promotes health 

even in an unhealthy   body condition. 

Through asana  practice ,the doormat energy potential is released and increased confidence in all

areas of life 

If  asanas  are performed correctly they relax the mind ,tune up the automatic nerves , hormonal functions and the activities of  internal organs well.

YOGA mudras have positive effects not only on our physical health but also in improving our mindset 

and enable us to manage psychological stress.

practising  the following techniques;

sit in a comfortable asana with your head and spine straight ,close the right nostril and inhale slowly and deeply through the left nostril, After inhalation close both nostril and retain the breath in your stomach for a few seconds. Exhale slowly through the right nostril closed .Repeat this 6-8 times.

these techniques help to control high blood presser. It is also acknowledge as an effective cure for 

pith dose.

People who suffer from migraine will also find it useful to control their ailment.

As per precaution inhale and exhale very slowly and never practise this techniques eating a meal.

Mudra ;touching the tip of index finger with the tip of the thumb ,the Gyan mudra is formed .this mudra can be performed while walking sitting or doing other thing. Practice this mudra will control 

high BP and over a period of time will increase the level of confidence and inner bills.

mudra are very effective in controlling high blood pressure as well as problem of  migraine
