WOMEN'S DAY SPEACIAL WOMAN'S HEALTH CARE TIPS

Nowadays due to change in life style of women, heart disease and stress is increasing in women. According to the latest survey, heart ,stress problem are also increasing in among young women. There are  many reasons. such as; excessive trans fat sugar ,more use in eating salt, stress, addiction to harmful substances such as alcohol and cigarettes, not exercising. Many other bad habits can cause a heart attack.

Some Tips to Avoid Heart Diseases! 



Step 1 Reduce salt and fat in food, remove junk food from your meal. Include sprouts, green vegetables and salads and fiber-rich diet.

Step 2 Do exercises , keep the weight under control. do meditation at least 1 day a week, do not consume drugs. Heart disease is more likely due to intoxicants. Exercise keeps both body and heart healthy, freshness remains in the body throughout the day, so do regular exercise.

Step 3 Sleep is essential for a healthy body and heart, so get plenty of sleep. Healthy routine help you make day better. Smoking should be discontinued.

Step 4 Avoid modern diet contains  which  is too many fats added, too much protein and excessive calories. Which result from habitual overloading of the digestive organs.                       

Step  5 Diet should be light, avoid red meat ,excessive protein, milk and dairy products, overeating must be avoided, the evening meal should be taken before 7 p.m.
