 Vision  is our most precious sense. Refracting muscles of the eye is to institute a series of exercises to initially relax and then to strengthen. Along with exercises for the eyes, a healthy lifestyle is necessary for us. Important thing to remember practice of yoga exercise to be totally relax.  

EYE Exercises should be practised ,once in the morning or once in the evening  1.    Palming; rub the hands together vigorously until they become warm. Place the palm gently over the eyelids, without any pressure2. Blinking;  Sit with the eyes open. Blink the eyes 12 times quickly. Close the eyes and  relaxed, repeat this exercises 6 times.

3. Sideways viewing ; A sitting position with the legs straight in front of the body. raise the arms to the  sides at shoulder level, keep them straight ,make a loose fist and point the thumbs upwards. the head should not move .Look at a fixed point directly in front and on a level with the eyes. Fix the position of the head in this neutral ,then without moving the head sideways, focus the eyes on the following, one after the other; left thumb; right thumb;  space between the eyebrows, repeat this cycle 12 times ,keeping the head and spine straight throughout.

4. Rotational viewing ; maintain the same body position , place the right hand on the knee Hold the left fist above the left leg with thumb left thumb pointing upward and the elbow straight, make a large circular  movement with the left arm to the left, then upward, curving to the right ,and finally returning to the straight position. improve activities the eyes muscles. 

  Benefits; Rotational improves the coordinate activities of all eyes muscles. Sideways improves medial and lateral  muscles. its relaxes the tension of the muscles. Blinking  many people with  defective eyesight blink irregularly and unnaturally. blinking exercise reflex to become spontaneous, including relaxation of the eye muscles. Palming relaxes the eye muscles ,and stimulates the circulation ,the liquid that runs between the cornea and the eye, palming may be perform several times.   

 Diet  ; Vitamin A from yellow food , such as carrots and apricots, Vitamin B2 and milk , food containing vitamin C should be take, drink plenty of  fluids ,including fresh juices, lots  of salads and sprouts.
